ODYSSEE indicators: new update

The ODYSSEE data base has been updated with data up to 2006 covering all EU-27 countries, Norway and Croatia. For more information click here

Ireland

Sustainable Energy Ireland has recently published a booklet that presents a summary of the key points from a number of Sustainable Energy Ireland/ Energy Policy Statistical Support Unit reports. It is intended to provide a snapshot of key energy and energy related facts and figures for the period 1990 to 2006 with a particular focus on 2006 and includes Odyssee indicators: The report " Energy in Ireland Key Statistics” can be viewed here.







Related projects


WEC has just released on its web site energy efficiency and CO2 indicators by country and world region prepared by Enerdata with the support of ADEME are available. To access, click here

It has also included on its web site the full reports on several policy case studies: ESCOs, energy efficiency obligations for energy utilities, energy incentives for cars, and package of measures for solar water heaters. To view these reports click here

ODYSSEE indicators are being used within the EMEEES project to develop top down methods to measure energy savings in the framework of the monitoring of the Energy Service Directive.
